You will receive guidance and instructions directly from one or more senior bankers. You may also be asked by other colleagues for assistance. We have a relatively flat organizational structure, and all of our team members work together as partners. Every team member should respect the views and ideas of their colleagues, especially those with the most experience. Final decisions will be made by the project and team leaders.
