Our position titles from junior to senior are: Analyst, Associate, Senior Associate, Vice President, Director, Managing Director. We have some guidelines on how many years we expect employees to work at each level, especially for analysts and associates, but we also make exceptions and promote employees when they have demonstrated readiness for the next level. Although we consider lateral hires at mid and senior levels to fill staffing needs, we prefer to promote internally. We hope that all of our interns and analysts will stay at DRP and develop their career by working their way up within our organization. Those who have left DRP have also found that the training and experience they received was very beneficial for their future career development.
