We regularly hire interns in our Shanghai office in the Fall and Spring. Interns are treated as part of the team and given most of the same work as a full-time analyst. We typically only hire interns who we are considering for full-time employment at the end of their internship or upon their graduation. The internship is a time for you and DRP Capital to get to know each other better. If you perform well and are interested in working full-time at DRP, we hope to be able to offer you a full-time position on completion of your internship.
